Seniors 60 and over can enjoy healthy, nutritious meals at senior centers or through home delivered meals. Meals are free or donations can be made. Centers provide a warm comfortable atmosphere for seniors to gather to enjoy a meal and activities. The program also provides a link to services and information for seniors.
Senior Transportation
ACAP in coordination with Essex County Office for the Aging, offer transportation services to seniors to access medical services. OFA recruits drivers to provide transportation for seniors to doctors appointments, medical treatments and other medical related appointments. Drivers are reimbursed for mileage.
